1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

a) Eligible Items:

  • T-shirts, tops, and other garments not worn, washed, or damaged
  • Must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

b) Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or undergarments
  • Products returned without tags or original packaging
2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at sales@465label.com or use the Return Request option on your account dashboard.
  • Mention your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
  • Our team will review the request and arrange for a pickup or share instructions to ship the item to our warehouse.
    Note: Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • We Refund only 50% amount of product.
  • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be made via UPI/bank transfer after confirmation of bank details
    Refunds are issued only for the product cost. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault from our side.
4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Defective or damaged item
  • Item mismatch (e.g., wrong color or design)

To request an exchange:

  • Follow the same process as a return
  • Mention the correct size or product variant you need
    We will ship the replacement once we receive and inspect the original item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
